When it snows or in case of inclement weather, how will I know if the clinic is open?
Please check our website or call the clinic for the updated voicemail message which will detail our operating status for the day. If we are closed, then all appointments will be canceled for that day and your therapist will call back to reschedule or you may continue with your regularly scheduled appointment for the following week.
Medication Management
I missed my appointment with the psychiatrist, can I come in tomorrow?
Please call the clinic to see if we have an available opening. Our psychiatrist sees clients on Monday and Wednesday.
I need a refill today because I don’t have any medications left, what should I do?
Please call the clinic to discuss your options.
How often do I need to see the psychiatrist?
This is dependent upon your individial needs and situation. Please schedule an appointment to meet with our psychiatrist to determine how often you need to come in for medication management
Do I need to see a therapist or can I just come in for medication management only?
We do not offer the option to see the psychiatrist for medication only. All clients who have been prescribed medication must be concurrently enrolled in therapy. Exceptions apply, please inquire within.

I don’t like my therapist, can I see another therapist?

I would like to get mentoring and tutoring services, how do I initiate these services?
Please call the clinic to discuss the referral and we will initiate services according to the needs and specifications of the referral
What is the clinical education and background of your staff?
We employ Masters and Doctoral level clinicians as well as a Medical Doctor as our Medical Director and Psychiatrist.

What insurances do you accept?”
We accept Medicaid and Uninsured Eligibility insurance. At this time we are not paneled with any private insurance companies.
