What are the clinic hours?
Monday: 9:00 am – 8:30 pm
Tuesday: 9:00 am – 8:00 pm
Wednesday: 9:00 am – 8:30 pm
Thursday: 9:00 am – 8:00 pm
Friday: 9:00 am – 6:00 pm
Saturday: 9:00 am – 4:00 pm
Monday – Thursday: 11:00 am – 8:00 pm
How will I know if the clinic is open in case of inclement weather?
Call the clinic’s main office number at 410-730-2385 for the updated voicemail message. This is how we communicate changes with our clients.If we are closed, all appointments will be canceled for that day and your therapist will call you back to reschedule. Alternately, you may continue with your regularly scheduled appointment for the following week.
I missed my appointment with the psychiatrist. Can I come in tomorrow?
Please call the clinic to see if we have an available opening.
I need a refill today because I don’t have any medications left; what should I do?
We do not do refills, as all clients need to be seen for a face-to-face appointment to receive a prescription. However, other options may be available. Please call the clinic to discuss your options.
How often do I need to see the psychiatrist?
This is dependent upon your individual needs and situation. Please schedule an appointment to meet with our psychiatrist to determine how often you need to come in for medication management.
Do I need to see a therapist or can I just come in for medication management only?
We do not offer the option to see the psychiatrist for medication only. All clients who have been prescribed medication must be concurrently enrolled in therapy.
I don’t like my therapist. Can I see someone else?
Please contact our Program Director to discuss your concerns.
Can I get mentoring and tutoring service?
Please call the clinic to discuss the referral and we will initiate services according to your individual needs and specifications.
What is the clinical education and background of your staff?
All our clinicians hold Master’s or Doctoral degrees. We also employ a physician who serves as our Director and Psychiatrist.
What transportation is available for clients who have Medical Assistance?
LifeStar is a free transportation service for clients in Howard County.
What insurance do you accept?
We accept MD Medicaid.
What options are available for clients who don’t have insurance?
