Patients are responsible for submitting receipts for insurance reimbursement where eligible.

We do utilize an electronic management record system that generates email reminders of upcoming appointments, however phone reminders are not offered. If you need to cancel or change an appointment, we ask that you give us 24 hours notice of such. In some cases, there will be a no-show fee billed to you if we do not receive this 24 hour notice of cancellation of appointment.
Regular and consistent attendance is required in order to make progress towards goals and to meet with success in treatment. Clients who miss 2 consecutive sessions, or 3 out of 5 sessions will be discharged from services.
