MPB Group, Inc.is seeking qualified applicants for clinic and home-based individual/family therapy for the following counties: Howard, Anne Arundel, Prince Georges, Montgomery, Baltimore City and Baltimore County. We are an outpatient mental health clinic servicing adults, children and families in the Baltimore-Washington DC area. Qualified applicants will have a Masters degree and be licensed in the state of Maryland as an LCPC or LCSW-C.
Applicants must be licensed as a LGSW/LGPC.
The ideal candidate will have:
1)Master’s Degree with MD license (LCPC/LCSW-C, LGPC/LGSW) and an interest and experience working with adults, children/adolescents and families.
2) Reliable car
3) Good communication skills
4) Team oriented with the ability to work autonomously
5) Cell phone and consistent access to a computer in order to complete clinical documentation
6) Availability during the evenings
7)Ability to adhere to weekly and monthly clinical documentation deadlines

Masters and Doctoral Level Training/Externships
We are proud to serve as a training site for Masters and Doctoral level clinicians on the path to become psychotherapists and clinical psychologists.
The MPB Group training commitment is 9 months long and interns are required to complete the requirements per their clinical program as well as MPB training requirements. Our students typically maintain a psychotherapy and a testing case load and complete at least 1 testing case per month. To successfully complete the program, interns are required to complete a minimum of 1850 hours of work. The program begins in August and ends in May with adjustments along the way for holidays and inclement weather.
All of the following documents should be included in the application packet and emailed to program_director@mpbgroupinc.com:
- Resume/Curriculum Vitae
- Two writing samples of psychological reports. These samples, if possible, should reflect at least assessments completed on children and/or adolescents ages 4-18 years. Please be sure to change all identifying information.
- Two letters of recommendation. These letters should reflect an applicant’s clinical experience, and preferably be written by previous clinical supervisors or professors. (we will accept a scanned copy with the official copy to be presented at the time of the interview)
- Graduate transcripts (we will accept a scanned copy with the official copy to be presented at the time of the interview)
